Open the Logo Image in Photoshop.
Select the Text Area:
Go to the top menu: Select > Color Range...
In the dialog that appears, use the eyedropper to click on the black text.
Adjust the Fuzziness slider if needed, then click OK.
You’ll now see a selection around the black text.
Press Shift + Ctrl + I (or Select > Inverse) to ensure only the black part is selected if it selects the background.
